Usfera offers digital products, physical Companion Tools, and institutional licenses. Because these product types work differently, shipping terms are different depending on what you purchase.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, including printable resources, downloadable books, bundles, and institutional digital materials, are delivered electronically.

No physical shipping is required for digital products or institutional licenses unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

2. PHYSICAL COMPANION TOOLS

Physical products from our Companion Tools collection are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery time for physical products is generally 7–15 days, unless a product page states otherwise.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received.

Processing and shipping times may vary depending on product type, destination, carrier conditions, seasonal demand, customs processing, or other operational factors.
