RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
At Usfera, we offer digital products, physical Companion Tools, and institutional licenses. Because these product types function differently, our return and refund terms are structured clearly for each category.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Physical Product Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective physical products within 14 days of delivery.

Customers may request a return if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if they change their mind. To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.

Returns are handled by mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Digital products are not eligible for return once delivered, except where required by law.


  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products include downloadable resources, printable books, bundles, and other non-physical materials delivered electronically.

All digital purchases are covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee.

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • you cannot access or download the product

  • the product is materially different from its description

  • there is a technical issue we are unable to resolve

To request a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of purchase and provide a clear explanation of the issue.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not granted for:

  • change of mind after accessing the product

  • lack of use or partial use

  • preference-based dissatisfaction without a functional issue


  1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (COMPANION TOOLS)

Physical products are eligible for return or replacement only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo evidence of the issue.

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • a replacement product at no additional cost

  • a full refund for the affected item

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • incorrect product selection by the customer

  • normal wear and tear

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

Customers are not required to return the defective product unless explicitly requested.

Estimated delivery times (typically 7–15 business days) are provided for transparency but are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or factors outside our control.
