4. Are your digital products physical items?
No. Our digital products are downloadable resources. They are delivered digitally and can be used at home after purchase according to the license terms shown on the product page.

5. How are physical products delivered?
Physical products from our Companion Tools collection are shipped directly to the customer. Estimated delivery time is usually 7–15 days, unless a product page states otherwise.

6. Can I use Usfera products for my classroom, clinic, or organization?
Personal-use products are intended for individual family use unless the product page states otherwise. If you want to use Usfera materials with multiple families through a school, clinic, counseling practice, or organization, the correct option is an institutional license.

7. What is the difference between personal use and institutional use?
Personal use is for one family or household. Institutional use is for schools, clinics, counselors, or parent-facing organizations that want to use Usfera resources with multiple families in a structured way.

8. What institutional options do you offer?
We currently offer an institutional pilot license for up to 10 families and a larger deployment license for up to 25 families. These options are designed for organizations that want to support families with a calmer, more structured implementation.
